Job Description

The Role:

Ebuyer is looking for four graduates to join our growing B2B technology sales team in Leeds. We are an established UK technology brand, working with leading global manufacturers and distributors to provide technology solutions across the UK.

We are growing our B2B sales operation, creating a genuine opportunity to join early, make an impact and grow with us. No previous IT or sales experience is required. We will provide the structure, training and coaching; you bring the work ethic, curiosity and determination.

You will collaborate with both private- and public-sector organisations to build relationships, understand their technology needs, and create sales opportunities. As you demonstrate your skills and effectiveness, you will develop your own customer base, take ownership of your results, and have the chance to manage larger accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact existing and prospective customers.
• Build and develop your own portfolio of accounts.
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and progress sales through to completion.
• Work with leading technology vendors and distributors to provide competitive pricing.
• Follow a structured sales process to manage your activity and pipeline.
• Work towards sales, activity and revenue targets.
• Continuously build your technology and industry knowledge.

Qualifications

We are interested in potential, attitude and aptitude - not previous IT sales experience.

What’s next?

Our Recruitment Team will be reviewing applications and all candidates will receive a response, whether you are successful or unsuccessful. Shortlisted applicants may be asked to confirm a few key details first before being asked to complete a short prerecorded video answering 2/3 questions. Following a successful review of the video answers, you will be booked in for a first stage interview with the Recruiter - this will be behaviourally focussed and centred around how you align with our Culture and Values. If successful we anticipate one further interview stage with the Hiring Manager/wider team which will be more technically focussed and could include a presentation/task so we can see your skills in action.
