Due to new investment, we are looking for an experienced occupational therapist to join our therapy teams covering Abbey Ward in Abingdon Community Hospital and Bicester Community Hospital. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality person-centred rehabilitation to patients stepping down from an acute hospital, and work closely with community based teams to ensure patients have the support they need once they leave our ward. Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required. Main duties of the job

- Providing supervision and support to junior staff, assistants, and students.
- Contributing to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives.
