Contract Design Administrator

£26.44k per annum

About The Role

We are looking for an organised Administrative Assistant to join our growing Wren Contracts team to support daily office operations.  Join Wren as a Contract Design Administrator and enjoy an exceptional benefits package:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and emails
  • Greeting visitors and clients
  • Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
  • Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintaining files, databases, and records
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Booking travel or meeting rooms
  • Handling data entry and spreadsheets
  • Supporting HR or finance admin tasks like invoices or staff records
