Main Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Managing diaries, meetings, and appointments
- Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Maintaining files, databases, and records
- Ordering office supplies
- Booking travel or meeting rooms
- Handling data entry and spreadsheets
- Supporting HR or finance admin tasks like invoices or staff records
