Director of Building Surveying
£75k - £80k per annumFull-time
Ready to make the step from Associate Director to Director?
Time to be rewarded for all your hard work? Opportunities to step into a genuine Director position don't come around often especially with a consultancy that has built an outstanding reputation within the commercial property market and is continuing to invest in the growth of its Building Surveying division. I'm working exclusively with one of the UK's leading independent property consultancies, looking to appoint a Director to play a pivotal role in the continued growth of its Manchester office. This isn't simply another senior fee earning position. The business is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Building Surveyor who wants to lead from the front, develop client relationships, generate new business and mentor the next generation of surveyors. If you're currently an Associate Director and feel ready for your first Director appointment, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for. The Opportunity
You'll join an established Manchester team comprising an Executive Director, Director, Chartered Building Surveyor, three Graduates and dedicated administrative support. With a strong pipeline of instructions and an impressive client base already in place, you'll play a key role in developing both the team and the business across the North West. The consultancy is recognised nationally for delivering high-quality property and construction consultancy services and has built a collaborative culture where entrepreneurial individuals are encouraged to influence the direction of the business. The successful Director
As Director, you'll be responsible for leading and developing client relationships while delivering a diverse range of Building Surveying instructions across the commercial property sector.
✔ £75,000 - £80,000 basic salary
✔ £6,000 Car Allowance
✔ Discretionary annual bonus (circa 10%)
✔ Hybrid working and flexible approach to work-life balance
✔ Professional memberships paid
✔ Excellent pension and wider benefits package
✔ Genuine autonomy to shape and grow your team
✔ Clear opportunity to influence the direction of a successful regional office About You
