* Apply the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding policies in your decision-making processes
* Provide authoritative advice and guidance to referrers, partner agencies, and internal teams on safeguarding concerns Person Specification: Qualifications: * Degree in Social Work or an equivalent recognised qualification
* Registered with Social Work England Registration & Compliance: * Current registration with Social Work England is essential
* In-depth understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Human Rights Act, and Equality Act 2010 is required
