Senior Sales Negotiator

Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Sales Negotiator. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Heaton Moor. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday's. The OTE ranges from £28,000 to £38,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves;

• Being the first point of contact for clients and customers, this includes, registering clients on our property software, arranging viewings, valuations and mortgage advice appointments.
• Generating new business and cross-service opportunities between sales, lettings and financial services
• Overseeing the sales process, including taking offers, negotiating sales, and sales progression.
• Helping to convert the branch sales pipeline to completion.
• Support the branch on lettings when/ if required.

• Experience in a similar role is required, high volume of sales progression is essential.
• Great customer service & natural selling ability.
• Strong knowledge of the area preferred.
• Full clean driving licence required & preferably your own car which is legally roadworthy.
• Ability to commit to working 1 in 3 Saturdays.
