HR Assistant - Leicester - January 2026
Are you an organised and motivated HR Assistant looking for a rewarding administrative role in a successful secondary school? A well-established school in Leicester is seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to join their professional and efficient HR team from January 2026 .
About the Role:
This full-time, permanent position includes supporting recruitment, processing DBS checks, managing staff records, updating HR systems, coordinating onboarding, maintaining safeguarding compliance and assisting with general HR administration. The role requires exceptional organisation, communication and confidentiality.

• Has HR or administrative experience
