We have partnered with some fantastic, welcoming nurseries in and around Thamesmead . They are looking for reliable, warm-hearted Early Years Practitioners and Assistants to join their teams on a flexible basis, bringing a positive attitude to the floor every day.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For:

We need approachable, hardworking staff who are ready to get involved from the moment they step into the room. We have roles available for two types of candidates:

1. Qualified Staff (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (such as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, NVQ, CACHE, or NNEB).
  

• (Just a quick heads-up: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care qualifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratios).
  

2. Experienced Unqualified Staff:

• You might not have the official certificate yet, but you have real, recent experience working in a nursery setting. If you know the daily routine and love the environment, we would love to speak with you.
  

What you need to bring:

• The Right Attitude: A genuine care for children, reliability, and the enthusiasm to join in with daily activities.
  

• First Aid: Ideally, you will have a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate. If you don't currently hold one, you just need to be willing to take the training to keep the children safe.
