- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
- Review personal tax returns prepared by junior staff.
- Provide tax planning advice to individuals, owner-managed businesses and high-net-worth clients.
- Advise on capital gains tax, inheritance tax and income tax matters.
- Support Partners and Directors on complex advisory assignments.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
- Identify tax planning opportunities across the client portfolio.
- Assist with HMRC enquiries and correspondence.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the tax team through business development and networking initiatives.
