International Group Tax Manager (Remote Working)
£75k - £95k per annumA US listed organisation is currently seeking a Group International Tax Manager for a new created position. This role will fill the gap where there are no localised experts and will act as point of contact for both international personnel and advisors. The position will report into the Group Tax Director and be the first tax hire into the UK, which brings a lot of autonomy.
Responsibilities:
- International tax strategy and coordination for multiple projects
- Manage the international tax compliance process, liaising with overseas tax personnel and reviewing filings
- Provide tax advice on tax restructuring and tax planning
- Assist with tax reporting as required (IFRS and US GAAP beneficial)
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA/ADIT qualified (or overseas equivalent)
- Proven post-qualified experience within a top practice or blue chip international tax team
- EMEA experience is essential
- Proven experience of international tax, transfer pricing and cross-border issues
- Tax reporting experience, US GAAP beneficial
- Excellent communicator, readily able to partner with the business
