Description: 

Part-time PRIVATE DENTIST required for 1.5 days per week in a FULLY PRIVATE & Newly Refurbished practice near Chellaston, Derbyshire. 
•            MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEDNESDAYS AND HALF DAY THURSDAY MORNING - THIS IS NON-NEGOTIABLE FOR THE PRACTICE
•            EXISTING FPI PATIENT LIST TO INHERIT - £2.5-3k per month
•            DENPLAN LIST WORTH £2,100 per month
•            45% split on private income
•            50/50 Labs
•            The practice offers dental implants, botox fillers, Invisalign and 6 month smiles
•            Fully computerised surgeries - 3 surgery practice - High end paperless surgery
•            Trios Scanner, Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo
•            We have a dedicated decon room decon nurse and practice manager on site daily
•            Ideally candidates will have 3+ years UK private/mixed practice experience required
•            20 minutes to Derby
•            Available immediately, start date negotiable

Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years 
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
- IRMER
- PIN number
