The Role

The firm are seeking to hire a Corporate Solicitor into their vibrant Manchester City Centre office.

The Corporate department has an excellent reputation; you will find that the department is thriving, professional and dynamic. The department has grown significantly in recent years due to increased workflow.

Your caseload will involve acquisitions, disposals, M&A's, joint ventures, investments, AIM and capital markets and shareholder agreements.

The department have particular expertise advising SME's, Financial Institutions and PLC's across a number of sectors, including Leisure, Fashion, Sport, Healthcare and Charities. They also have an international and multi-jurisdictional reach due to the firm's membership with a global alliance.

This role comes with good prospects and career development. The firm place a real emphasis on employees reaching their full potential. You will be provided your own caseload coupled with the chance to mentor and supervise more junior members of staff.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of high calibre work and clients
• You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
• Be able to coach and develop more junior members of your team
• Excellent client care skills are essential
