Manage and coordinate apprenticeship and early career programmes, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
Provide guidance and support to apprentices and early career participants throughout their development journey.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programmes.
Ensure compliance with apprenticeship standards and other relevant regulations.
Act as a point of contact for external training providers and stakeholders.
Support managers in developing and mentoring early career employees.
Assist in the administration and reporting of training and development activities.
