We currently have a vacancy open for a Secretary who is looking to develop their career, supporting the Civil and Structural Engineering department within the organisation. This role will be solely office based at our Braintree office , where you will interact with multi-disciplinary teams across the business, and ensure compliance within all relevant discipline standards and regulations.
Key Areas of Responsibilities Will Include:
- Day to day operational support to the team providing technical administration support.
- Responsible for department invoicing and financial coordination.
- Diary and email management including travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Assisting the wider business including adhoc reception duties.
Requirements
- Able to take a proactive approach demonstrating flexibility
- Confident in driving efficiency throughout the team.
- Strong communication skills with a professional manner.
- Proficient in IT literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Previous experience within the construction industry (desirable)
Hours: Monday to Friday8:30am - 5:00pm
