Dray Class 2 Driver

Here at GXO, we are looking for skilled and dependable Class 2 Driver to join us in  Avonmouth (BS11 0YD) , working with our customer,  Greene King .

The role is  full-time and permanent , working 46 hours per week , Monday to Friday. The start time is approximately 05:00 , with contracted hours of 9.2 hours per day .

Please note that the working pattern includes  Bank Holidays .

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Conduct thorough pre and post-shift checks of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition
• Delivering kegs and small-pack products on the Greene King Drinks side of the business
• Unload stock from cages during deliveries
• Navigate busy city routes while handling challenging parking situations
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to facilitate smooth and efficient operations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Hold a valid Class 2 licence
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence (no DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT endorsements)
• An up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Commitment to safety and compliance with driving regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work on your initiative
