An independent, international provider of private wealth, corporate administration and yacht services is seeking a Group Senior Tax Coordinator to join its central Group Services team.
This full-time, office-based position is available in Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man or London. It offers the opportunity to support a global fiduciary business and work closely with colleagues across several jurisdictions. The RoleThe successful candidate will provide tax services for a portfolio of fiduciary clients, including trusts and companies. Responsibilities will include:
• Preparing income and corporation tax returns
• Completing tax reporting across the Crown Dependencies and the UK
• Drafting correspondence regarding tax returns and payments
• Communicating with tax authorities and internal teams
• Maintaining tax tasks and compliance spreadsheets
• Reviewing accounts to identify key tax risks
• Liaising with settlors and beneficiaries regarding their tax reporting requirements
• Responding to tax queries from trust administrators and other departments
• Supporting the completion of work for a key client portfolio
• Building effective relationships across the wider business
• Assisting with training sessions for the tax team and wider group
• Training junior colleagues and helping with technical queries
• Identifying process discrepancies and escalating required updates About You
Applicants should have:
• A minimum of three years’ relevant tax experience
• Education to A-level standard or equivalent
• Progress towards a relevant professional qualification, with part-qualified candidates preferred
• Good numeracy and computer skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and meet deadlines
