Canolfan Meugan Day Services are currently recruiting for a temporary Project Worker post to work within the Day Services team.
The post includes supporting young individuals with a person-centered approach, coordinating and planning activities, supervising team members, attending and participating in multi-agency meetings, co-working with colleagues within the Canolfan Meugan project and other agencies.
