Interim Registered Manager - Contractor

Delphi Care Solutions Ltd is supporting one of its lovely clients and seeking an accomplished Interim Registered Manager to support its service with having oversight of all service activities within the Domiciliary Service. Opportunities
- Implement Sustainable Change - develop and execute service improvement plans with measurable outcomes
- Mentor Care Teams - uplift staff capabilities while maintaining service continuity Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing CQC compliance roadmaps across all Key Lines of Enquiry
- Preparing service for successful mock and actual CQC inspections
- Delivering complete handover documentation with maintained improvements, Note: This role is on an independent/contract basis; the Delphi team will provide ongoing support and guidance for the duration of the contract. Collaboration and teamwork are essential in the social care sector; by working together, sharing knowledge and expertise, care teams can provide the best possible care and support for their people, helping them to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
- Registered Manager with proven experience (NVQ Level 5 Leadership & Management) (Essential)
- Proven success in managing domiciliary care services
- At least 5 years of recent experience in a registered manager role within domiciliary care setting
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for domiciliary care services in the UK
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to rapidly assess, decide and implement effective solutions
- Experience in managing budgets and staffing.
- Access to own vehicle.
- Full UK driving licence
- Enhanced DBS registered with the rolling update system (Essential)
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance (Essential)
