EMEA Senior Tax Manager (Technology) - Remote working
£80k - £90k per annumA global technology organisation based in Berkshire are seeking a EMEA Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role, and requires someone comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and being the go to tax person for all tax affairs across EMEA. This role will begin with fully remote working, and will continue on 2-3 days in the office per week post Covid-19.
Key responsibilities include:
• Local compliance monitoring and implementation of tax policy and reporting standards to ensure best practice and corporate tax compliance
• Active management of the annual tax compliance and filing process (EMEA entities)
• Integrating the accounts and tax returns
• Ownership of the group's VAT compliance across EMEA
• Management of tax audits
• Providing tax support to the EMEA teams regarding regulation, M&A and overall business model design
The ideal candidate will:
• Big 4 or Top Tier trained with either ACA/CTA/ACCA qualification
• Experience across EMEA with exposure to CIT, Tax Reporting, EMEA VAT
• Exposure of US GAAP would be beneficial
• Be able to build and strengthen work relationships across cultures
• 2 – 3 years of post qualification tax experience desirable
