Business Development Manager
This is a strategic building envelope sales role responsible for driving specification and project sales across a well-established territory of East & West Midlands following the integration of two major roofing and cladding businesses.
The successful candidate will sell a complete range of roofing and cladding solutions including:
Metal Composite Insulated Panels
Architectural and industrial roofing systems
Cladding systems
Metal roofing sheeting
Structural deck solutions
Building envelope systems
The role offers significant growth potential through both specification and contractor engagement.
Route to Market
30% Specification / Architect-led
Responsibilities include:
Securing specifications
Influencing building envelope design
Promoting roofing and cladding solutions
Developing relationships with architects, consultants and specifiers
70% Contractor-led
Responsibilities include:
Managing live project opportunities
Working with roofing and cladding contractors
Converting specifications into orders
Driving project sales through the supply chain
