The Role
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across your subject specialism
* Support student progress and attainment in line with curriculum expectations
* Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with departments and senior leadership teams
* Participate in school life, including meetings, parents’ evenings, and training
Who We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
* A proactive and positive approach to classroom teaching
* Good behaviour management skills (or willingness to develop these)
* Commitment to ongoing professional development
