As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, develop and flourish. You'll work closely with experienced Early Years professionals to deliver engaging activities that support children's learning through play. Your Responsibilities * Support children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Plan and deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
* Encourage children's social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.
* Ensure children's safety and wellbeing at all times.
* Assist with observations, assessments and learning journals where required.
* Promote positive behaviour and an inclusive learning environment. What We're Looking For * A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or a related subject is desirable.
* Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting is preferred.
* A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting children's development.
