Need quick IT help with unusual computer issue
I’m looking for a friendly IT person to help with a strange computer problem at my home. The issue isn’t easily diagnosed by standard guides: the PC sometimes freezes, peripherals disconnect randomly, and I’ve observed some odd network drops. I’d like someone who can spend a couple of hours on-site to run diagnostics, check drivers, and verify hardware health. Prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and offer practical fixes, rather than just remote troubleshooting. Access to my home network equipment will be provided, and I’d appreciate flexible scheduling within the day.
