We are currently supporting several Business Development Manager opportunities across Banking & Finance, Corporate & Funds and Private Wealth. These roles are suited to commercially focused professionals with experience in business development, relationship management or client-facing roles within legal or professional services, and a strong understanding of the relevant financial services sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients and key industry contacts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the relevant sector
- Support the development and delivery of business development and growth strategies
- Work closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and strengthen client relationships
- Research markets, sectors and prospective clients to identify areas for growth
- Support pitches, tenders, proposals and client presentations
- Represent the business at relevant industry events and networking opportunities
- Monitor market activity and provide insight on trends, opportunities and client needs
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven business development experience within a legal or professional services environment
- Experience within Private Wealth, fiduciary, trust, family office, banking or wealth management services
- Good understanding of the regulatory environment relevant to fiduciary and Private Wealth services
- Relevant professional qualification, or commitment to ongoing professional development, would be desirable

- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong understanding of the relevant market and client landscape
- Professional, credible and confident in a client-facing environment
- Must be Entitled or Entitled to work in Jersey
