Creative Support is looking for warm, caring, and proactive Support Worker to provide person-centred care at our respite service in St Helens. The service provides planned respite care for adults aged 18 and over with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and physical and sensory disabilities.

As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised care, helping service users develop friendships and learn new skills. Activities include day trips to Blackpool, local safari parks, and picnics, as well as annual events such as summer fairs, BBQs, and Christmas parties.

Your duties will include developing trusting relationships with service users, carrying out administrative and housing management tasks, and supporting individuals with domestic tasks and daily living skills. While some shifts may involve lone working, we generally work as part of a small team with on-site management support.

The service is within walking distance of Lea Green train station, with several bus routes nearby and on-site parking available.

A Valid Driver’s License Is Preferred.
