TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVE— B2B APPOINTMENT SETTING
Newton Fox Ltd | Bolton Town Centre | Fully office-based
£25,000 + monthly bonus (OTE £27,500)
Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm | Early finish Fridays
- Making outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across a range of sectors
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers within target businesses
- Qualifying leads and booking appointments for client sales teams
- Keeping accurate call notes and updating the CRM
- Working to campaign targets and contributing to team performance
ABOUT YOU Our client cares more about how you communicate than what's on your CV. You'll be a good fit if you:
- Are confident and natural on the phone with a professional manner
- Can hold a conversation with senior business contacts without relying on a script
- Are resilient - you can handle a no without it affecting the next call
- Take pride in quality over quantity
- Have some experience in a phone-based role - telemarketing, telesales, customer service or similar (desirable, not essential)
- £25,000 basic salary
- Monthly performance bonus (OTE £27,500)
- Monday-Thursday / 9am-5pm, early finish on Fridays
