In this leadership role, you'll be the captain of our Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department, steering it towards exciting new horizons.
- Chart the Course: Provide strategic direction and a clear vision for the MFL curriculum, ensuring it's engaging, stimulating, and aligns with national standards.
- Empower Your Crew: Motivate and guide your dedicated team of MFL teachers, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Are you the language leader we seek?
- A strong academic background in a Modern Foreign Language and a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) are essential.
- Extensive successful teaching experience at the secondary level, with proven leadership qualities in a school setting (preferably as a Head of Department) is a must.
- You possess a demonstrable passion for languages and a commitment to fostering a love of language learning in students.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team are key.
- A strategic mind with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement rounds out the perfect candidate.
