We are working with a global technology business seeking a talented Solicitor (2-3 PQE) to join their European legal team. This is an excellent opportunity to move into (or further develop within) an in-house role with broad exposure and direct support from senior leadership.
The Role
Reporting to the General Counsel, you will play a key role in delivering legal, compliance and risk support across the organisation's European operations. This is a genuinely varied position offering a mix of commercial, regulatory and advisory work .
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial contracts
- Advising internal stakeholders on legal risk and contractual matters
- Supporting compliance and regulatory activities (e.g. data protection, internal policies)
- Assisting with legal documentation, governance and record-keeping
- Liaising with internal teams and external parties to support legal processes
- Providing day-to-day legal advice across the business.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2-3 years' PQE
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial/contracts
- Data protection
- Employment
- Regulatory / compliance / trade
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with non-legal stakeholders
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Keen to develop into a broad, business-facing in-house role .
