The Opportunity: Office Administrator
Contract: Permanent
Location: Amey Briggs Ripon - HG4 2RD
Salary - Up to £28,592 (WFH after probation)
AmeyBriggs maintain and manage the Ministry of Defence’s (MOD) fleet of construction and material handling equipment, and other key plant. Known to some as MITER, the contract involves the deployment and maintenance of key equipment, in addition being responsible for training the UK’s military personnel on how to use it.
The Impact you will have:
- Process Authority monthly parts request.
- Assist with gathering information and maintenance of records
- Liaising with Suppliers.
- Managing the daily engineer requests for 4th line repair.
- Process fuel card orders and cancellations.
- Process new starter account requests for mileage capture and driving licenses.
- Provide fleet reports to Business Use Vehicles.
- Provide support to engineer’s queries relating to the use of vans, fuel cards, mileage capture and driver licensing.
- Maintain fleet vehicle records.

- Significant Organisational skills and time management skills
- Effective communication skills both internally and externally
- Demonstrable experience of dealing with customers
