Key Responsibilities

• Deliver well-planned, engaging lessons in Physics and Biology to a range of abilities across KS3–KS5.

• Support students in developing scientific literacy, analytical thinking, and practical skills.

• Use formative assessment and feedback effectively to track progress and support improvement.

• Engage with the ECT induction programme and participate in ongoing professional learning.

• Contribute to extracurricular science clubs, competitions, and STEM outreach activities.

• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular teaching and learning strategies.

Experience and Qualifications

• Physics or Biology ECT with QTS/PGCE.

• Strong degree in a scientific discipline (Physics, Biology, or related field).
