• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a mentoring, counselling, or youth work role

• Creativity and adaptability in designing and delivering engaging, age-appropriate programmes
• Proficient in data management and record-keeping to track student progress and impact
• Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people
• Degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field is preferred
• Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or the ability to obtain one
