Waste Yard Operative (FLT Licence Required) - Burnley
Location: Burnley
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm
We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Burnley for a Waste Yard Operative with a valid FLT licence .
This is a temporary opportunity for the following periods:
- Week commencing 3rd August
- Week commencing 24th August
There is also the potential for the assignment to be extended beyond these dates, depending on business requirements.
The Role:
- Working within a busy waste yard environment
- Operating a Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Sorting and moving waste materials
- Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe
- Supporting the wider team with general yard duties
Requirements:
- Valid FLT licence.
- Previous experience working in a yard, warehouse, or waste environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
