Personal Injury Solicitor - Fully Remote
£150k per annumSeeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to manage claimant cases of serious injury valued £150k-£1m+. FULLY REMOTE ROLE. Client Details This award-winning national law firm is renowned for its expertise in personal injury law, particularly in handling complex, high-value serious injury cases. The firm boasts some of the largest legal teams in the UK, offering ample opportunities for career progression. They are Investors in People Platinum accredited, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee development and well-being. Description The Personal Injury Solicitor will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of claimant serious injury matters valued £150k-£1m+.
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients throughout the claims process.
- Collaborating with medical professionals, experts, and other stakeholders to build robust cases.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records using the firm's case management system.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members, as appropriate.
- Attending court hearings and settlement negotiations as required.
- Keeping abreast of developments in personal injury law and practice.
- A solicitor or equivalent with a minimum of 8 years' PQE in handling serious injury matters.
- Proficient in managing high-value, complex claimant cases.
- Experienced in working with medical experts and interpreting complex medical evidence.
- Able to demonstrate a strong track record of successful settlements and litigated outcomes.
- Willing to travel to the office twice a month for team collaboration and meetings.
- 25 days holiday with the opportunity to accrue an additional 12 days through flexible working
