Band 5 Registered Nurse – Community Nursing Roles
Location: Milford Community Hospital, Godalming
Band: Band 5 Registered Nurse (RN)
Contract Type: Agency / Temporary
Shifts Available: Ad-hoc Shifts and Long-Term Lines of Work
We are currently recruiting experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses for Community Nursing roles based at Milford Community Hospital, Godalming.
Both ad-hoc shifts and ongoing lines of work are available for suitable candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses with community experience who are confident working independently within patients’ homes and community settings.
Essential Community Nursing Skills
Candidates must be able to demonstrate competency in the following areas:
Insulin Management and Administration
Male Catheterisation
Suprapubic (SP) Catheterisation
Wound Care and Dressings
Palliative Care Support and Assessments
Medication Management and Administration (including Subcutaneous and IM medications)
Essential Requirements
Previous experience using EMIS Web
Previous experience using EMIS Mobile
Full UK Driving Licence
Access to a vehicle with Business Use Insurance
Current NMC Registration
Relevant Community Nursing experience
