At Major Healthcare we are growing and looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our friendly and supportive team.

You’ll play an important role in helping us recruit compassionate, reliable and values led Support Workers across children’s and adult healthcare services, helping us make a genuine difference every day.

The Main Duties Include

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building lasting relationships with candidates
• Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
• Supporting existing client relationships and visits
• Posting and managing job adverts
• Conducting compliance and onboarding checks
• Coordinating recruitment activity and interviews
• Maintaining accurate recruitment systems and records
• Working closely with operational and compliance teams

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly and welcoming personality
• Comfortable in both candidate and client facing situations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
• Good IT skills and attention to detail
• Recruitment or resourcing experience preferred but not essential
• A full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
