I am Dal, the founder of a marketing agency in the UK and building more brands. I am looking for a smart, organised
Virtual Assistant to be my right hand. This is not a call centre role and
you will not be cold calling. It is a real long-term seat next to a founder
who trusts and pays for good work.

? WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY WEEK
Business side (about 60% of your time):
• Manage my email inbox — sort, reply to easy ones in my voice, flag
the rest for me
• Manage my Google Calendar — book client meetings, protect my focus
time, send reminders
• Join client Zoom/Google Meet calls, take clean notes, send the action
items the same day
• Prepare weekly client reports — pull numbers from our reporting
dashboard and send them nicely formatted
• Chase clients for missing brand assets, campaign approvals, unpaid
invoices
• Onboard new dental practice clients using our onboarding checklist
• Keep our Trello task boards tidy every day
• Brief and follow up with freelance designers and video editors
Personal side (about 25% of your time):
• Manage my personal calendar and appointments
• Book flights, hotels, restaurants and build day-by-day itineraries
• Handle personal errands, deliveries, subscriptions
• Keep track of household bills and renewals
• Buy gifts, send thank-you notes, handle event RSVPs
Follow-through (about 15% of your time):
• First reply to non-urgent emails within 4 working hours
• Send me a Monday morning brief every week — my top 5 focus items
• Send me a Friday close-out — what shipped, what is still open, what
is coming next week
• Keep a running list of every promise made to a client and chase it
until it is closed
? TOOLS YOU WILL USE (training provided)
Must already be comfortable with:
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Slack
• Trello or ClickUp or Asana
• Loom or similar screen-recording tool
• Canva basics
I will train you on:
• GoHighLevel (CRM)
• Dentally (dental practice software)
• Our custom reporting dashboard
• Notion (documentation and SOPs)
? WHO I AM LOOKING FOR
• Excellent written English — you will be emailing UK business owners
on my behalf. Grammar and tone matter a lot. Please double-check your
application email for this reason.
• Meticulously organised. You already use checklists, calendar blocks,
or personal Notion pages without being asked.
• Self-directed. I will train you well, but I do not want to
micromanage. You make the decision, and only escalate what really
needs me.
• Discreet. You will see sensitive client and personal information
every day. It stays where it belongs.
• Fast typist, quick reader, comfortable making judgement calls.
• Stable and quiet home internet, working webcam, professional on
video calls.
• Long-term mindset. This is a role I want to invest in for years,
not months.

• Prior experience supporting a founder, agency owner, or CEO
• Background in a digital marketing agency
• Familiarity with any CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign,
Salesforce)
• Basic bookkeeping (Xero, QuickBooks)
• Copywriting or editing experience
