Need IT troubleshooting for a home computer and network setup
I’m looking for a friendly IT person to help with a few at-home tech tasks. The main job is basic troubleshooting for my desktop PC, laptop, and a small home network setup. I’d like someone to diagnose slow performance, check for malware, and optimize startup programs. I also need guidance and hands-on help with my Wi-Fi router, printer connection, and ensuring a secure network. Preferred: calm, patient communication, ability to explain steps clearly, and respect for my data privacy. Availability during weekday evenings would be ideal.
