You'll be part of a dynamic team, where we believe in kindness, support, acceptance, and hard work and try to provide room for personal development for everyone.

As a Roland Store Product Specialist, your job is to take someone’s aspirations and turn them into reality by showing them the perfect products from Roland, BOSS or V-MODA, through demonstrations, via instore and online events with product “gurus” or artists, and through regular social media activity.

Whether livestreaming, offering hints, tips and advice, or hosting an instore event with a local artist, your ability to deliver exciting events, presentations or engaging conversations for customers is essential; you need to be as comfortable in front of the camera, or on the telephone as you are face-to-face in the store.
You will, of course, be an accomplished and skilled salesperson, with a desire to grow the retail business while consistently delivering Roland’s high standards of customer service. You’ll also need to perform the usual requirements of running a retail store; from presentation to stock control, to regular reporting.
