Job description

Our Store Managers take ownership of their own store, providing excellent customer service and operational standards. Keeping customers happy through fantastic service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience. Responsibilities

• Provide fantastic customer service.
• Provide excellent operational standards.
• Lead by example.
• Make fantastic coffee, and matcha, and seasonal drinks: every order is special! From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it.
• Grow and develop their teams by training, coaching and leading them by example.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Management experience.
• Leadership, Customer service, Training & Coaching experience.

Further Information

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum dependent on experience & performance related bonus. Work Time: Earliest shift starting at 7.15am; closing shift ending at 5pm.
