We are working on behalf of a leading, independent property group who are recruiting for a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties across London.
Based in North West London, this role offers parking and generous holidays. Working hours Monday-Thursday 9am-5.30pm, Fridays 9am-1pm.
Key Responsibilities
• Working within the property management team
• Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across Greater London
• Ensure all properties are fully compliant with current laws and regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Handle maintenance issues, schedule inspections, and coordinate necessary repairs
• Oversee rent collection and manage property-related financials
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation and reports
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a property management role
• Knowledge of property legislation and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
