Position Overview:
- Title: Senior Project Manager (Client Facing)
- Sector Focus: Education, Health, MOD, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Industrial, and Scientific.
- Project Size: £500k to £150 million (new builds and refurbishments).
- Key Responsibilities: Lead projects from concept to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. Mentor project teams and manage all project activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in project management, particularly managing complex projects.
- Expertise: Client management, contract administration, risk assessment, and the Employers Agent role.
- Qualifications: A construction-related degree is essential; chartered status is desirable.
