A Fortune 500 Financial Services organisation is recruiting a Senior Tax Manager to strengthen their growing and highly prestigious tax team. Reporting directly into the Head of Tax, this role has excellent variety including advising on a number of exciting projects and coordinating various international tax reporting and compliance processes in conjunction with the rest of the team, requiring you to be a strong communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Advise the group on tax implications for current and future legislation
- Provide detailed advice on a variety of transactions and projects on an international level
- Assist with all tax matters on an ad hoc basis, including but not limited to: transfer pricing, VAT, CFC reviews
Requirements:
- ACA/CTA/ADIT qualified from a Big 4 or Top Tier practice
- At least 4-5 years PQE experience, up to date knowledge of tax strategy
- Strong tax technical skillset
- Experience covering corporate tax, VAT, stamp duty and capital gains
- Exposure to tax planning on an international scale
