What you'll do Reporting to the Webinar Audience Manager, you'll coordinate and track lead delivery for our virtual events. You'll ensure campaign criteria are met, and leads are delivered to fulfil client expectations. Daily, you'll use Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel to execute campaigns. You'll work closely with client success, sales, and strategic operations teams to execute campaigns that adhere to client requirements. You'll manage audience acquisition from initial setup through to event completion across first-party and partner networks. This is a fully remote role based in the UK, offering flexible work-from-home options. Manage audience acquisition campaigns for webinars from initial setup through event completion.Execute promotional strategies across first-party audiences and external lead-generation partners.Select and target appropriate audiences based on industry, job title, seniority, and geography.Schedule email promotions, monitor registration pacing, and adjust campaign tactics as needed.Review and QA campaign setup, registration flows, consent requirements, and lead data.Maintain accurate tracking across Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, and internal reporting tools. What you’ll bring Experience coordinating audience acquisition, digital marketing, or lead-generation campaigns.Strong written communication and data-handling skills.Proficiency using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Asana, and Slack.Experience maintaining campaign data within CRM platforms like Salesforce.Familiarity with lead management systems like Convertr or Titan is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines simultaneously with high attention to detail.Experience managing digital campaign timelines or lead delivery processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace applications.
