- 50% private split with a 50/50 lab fee share, on a growing private patient base
- £14.90 per UDA, with a negotiable UDA allocation to suit you

- On-site hygienists and therapists supporting your treatment planning

- GDC registration (essential)
- A valid NHS Performer Number (essential)
- A dentist who enjoys building relationships and a loyal private following
- An interest in private dentistry and aligners is welcome, though not essential
- Whether you are early in your career or well established, you will be supported here
- Local candidates, or those within comfortable commuting distance of Blackpool, are especially encouraged
- A large, multi-surgery practice
- A relaxed, friendly environment with notably low staff turnover
- A clear and growing private focus, with new patients joining Denplan and high Invisalign demand
- Digital throughout, with 2 iTero scanners and quality materials
- On-site hygiene and therapy support, plus colleagues with cosmetic and aligner interests
- An inherited, stable patient list ready for you to take on
- Scope to develop additional services, including implants, over time
- Genuine flexibility with a clear route to partnership as you grow
