Through willingly accompanying residents, where possible, to offsite activities, you will go above and beyond for our residents. In actively assisting with innovative fund-raising initiatives and budgeting for entertainment, materials, and outings, you will enjoy thinking creatively and out of the box with regards to ways in which additional funds can be raised to support our residents activities. You will help to ensure that you and your colleagues create an environment which is supportive, caring and kind and undertake all duties in a way which provides a secure and safe atmosphere in which our residents are valued, respected, retain their individualism and dignity in order to lead full lives.
