Overview:
A growing Construction team in Glasgow is seeking a Solicitor to focus on non-contentious construction matters. The role offers exposure to high-profile real estate, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects, within a collaborative, supportive team environment and with opportunities for career development.
Role Requirements:
- Advising on non-contentious construction and engineering matters
- Supporting development, property finance and project finance transactions
- Assisting with energy and infrastructure projects
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Collaborating across disciplines to deliver commercially focused advice
Experience:
- 2-4 years' PQE in non-contentious construction law
- Drafting and research experience
- Able to manage work independently and meet deadlines
- Client-focused and detail-oriented
- Motivated to develop specialist construction law expertise
Skills:
- Clear, professional communication
- Collaborative and team-minded
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Commercially aware
