Our client is offering an opportunity to work as a Self-Employed Consultant within a respected national law firm. The role provides freedom, flexibility, and autonomy while maintaining full support, compliance, and access to firm resources.
This profit-share role offers a 70/30 split (potentially 80/20) for home-based work, flexible hours, and no mandatory office meetings. You can maximise billable hours or enjoy a better work-life balance. A client following generating £100k on a fee-share basis could exceed typical salaried earnings.
- Qualified Solicitor, minimum 5 years PQE
- Experience in your specialism
- Proven record of successful case outcomes
- Established client following
- Flexible fee structure: Internal referrals and fee-share opportunities, with the ability to set your own fees and financial targets, alongside full support for compliance, regulatory obligations, and insurance.

- Professional guidance: Ongoing support from experienced Heads of Departments and Partners, including monthly collaboration meetings and additional incentives.
