Accounts Payable Clerk

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are exclusively partnering with a fast-growing Retail compnay in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk to join their finance team.

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Prepare and complete credit card, bank, and staff expense reconciliations
• Work through a backlog of invoices and outstanding items, ensuring records are brought up to date
• Assist with preparing and processing payment runs
• Post bank transactions and allocate payments correctly
• Support accounts payable activities across multiple entities
• Manage invoices and payments across multiple currencies
• Handle stock-related invoice queries and reconciliations
• Work in a busy, hands-on finance environment, supporting day-to-day transactional finance tasks as needed
• System: Sage X3

Profile:

The successful temporary Accounts Payable Clerk will ideally have 2+ years end-to-end Accounts Payable experience and be able to work in a fast-paced Accounts Payable team.

You must be immediate or on a 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Client:

Our client is a Retail company based in London who are looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3-6 months to support a maternity cover. This role will be office based 3 days per week with 2 days working from home.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role will be paying £18-20 per hour dependant on experience.
