Role responsibilities

• Manage and produce online content that addresses the challenges and goals of a B2B audience, generating outstanding material through original research and engagement with industry stakeholders and influencers.
• Work closely with event producers, marketing managers, and event stakeholders to create compelling content that engages the community and extends market reach.
• Write articles and reports and conduct interviews on emerging trends and topics, ensuring brand style and tone of voice are applied effectively.
• Own the content calendar, covering content dery for commercial partnerships as well as content for community growth.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, thought leaders, and community members to enhance brand credibility and authority.
• Host webinars and podcasts as required, and produce audio and video content.
• Work with marketing and enquiries teams to ensure effective promotion and follow-up of each content piece, presenting regular content performance reports to the wider team.

Candidate background

• 1-2 years' experience in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism, with a genuine interest in B2B marketing.
• A fast learner with the ability to create original and remarkable content.
• Detail-oriented, highly organised, and curious, with a drive to get into industry-specific issues.
• Self-directed, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and comfortable prioritising multiple tasks in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong written and communication skills, able to work with a wide variety of individuals at all levels.
• An understanding of SEO best practice to enhance visibility and drive organic growth.
