What you will do

* Manage a full caseload across a range of pathways, including opiates, non-dependent substances, and alcohol.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments, care planning, and risk assessments.
* Deliver structured psychosocial interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Facilitate both one-to-one and group-based recovery sessions.
* Support service users within the Criminal Justice Pathway, helping them achieve sustainable recovery outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with criminal justice partners and other agencies to provide coordinated support.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records and documentation.
* Monitor progress, review recovery plans, and adapt interventions as required.

Requirements

* Substance Misuse Experience: Previous experience working within substance misuse and recovery services.
* Criminal Justice Experience: Experience supporting individuals within Criminal Justice pathways is highly desirable.
* Case Management Skills: Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
* Intervention Delivery: Experience delivering assessments, care planning, and psychosocial interventions.
* Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective professional relationships.

Required Documentation

* DBS Certificate: Photo of your DBS certificate.
* CV: Up-to-date curriculum vitae.
* References: References covering the period from August 2024 to the present, including explanations for any employment gaps.
